Women’s Nutritionist (Msc) + Intuitive eating Coach. Somatic Yoga Teacher (RYT)

I’m here to empower you on your way to a life full of thriving health, self-expression, and body love.

I work with women to regulate their nervous systems, find safety, and rewire old patterns keeping them stuck and in ongoing behaviors that no longer serve them.

I guide you to a path free of emotional eating, restriction, body dysmorphia, and anxiety.

I allow and empower you to choose to nourish your body, your mind, and your soul.

I help you develop mindfulness, and embodiment as a way of living.

I invite you to be your own healer in your life and your journey.

I walk you to endless energy, radical self-love, and unapologetic authenticity.

    Nervous system regulation for safety and healing.

    60 minutes to prioritize your whole wellbeing.

  • Women's Somatic Soul Circle

    A 6-week container for reflection, deep nourishment and community.

    90 minute session Sundays

    For grounding the nervous system after the week.

    Soothe stress, tension and sympathetic activity in the system.

    Somatic yoga to develop greater awareness to your body, the language of your nervous system.

    To allow you to honor your needs more adequately in daily life
