Each session lasts 90 minutes
Consisting of:
Somatic tools for nervous system regulation in the moment, to cultivate safety
Somatic movement, yoga + breath to soothe + restore an overtaxxed nervous system
Journalling to reflect + set your priorities for the upcoming week
Circle sharing to be seen + heard, share your wins, emotions, upcoming goals.
