Each session lasts 90 minutes

Consisting of:

  • Somatic tools for nervous system regulation in the moment, to cultivate safety

  • Somatic movement, yoga + breath to soothe + restore an overtaxxed nervous system

  • Journalling to reflect + set your priorities for the upcoming week

  • Circle sharing to be seen + heard, share your wins, emotions, upcoming goals.
