Once upon a time I was a high-performing athlete, overtraining, pushing my body and mind to the limit daily. With little guidance, personalized nutritional support or balance, I found myself overwhelmed, undernourished and disconnected from my body, it's innate cycles, wisdom and needs. Followed by several unexpected family deaths, too much stress, and injury, I stepped away from a professional career. Over the last ten years I have studied nutrition and health extensively, including qualifications in Clinical Nutrition (Msc), Holisitic health coaching , Psychology (Bsc), Yoga, mindfulness and the nervous system (RYT 500 hours), and The Biology Of Trauma (Ongoing); all of which I draw from in my practise today.
