My approach as a Yoga & Meditation Instructor
My focus has turned towards a slower, breath & connection-focused style of yoga and modalities to allow deep rest, transformation, and healing. Life is fast paced, my classes and teaching provide you the opportunity to meet yourself, connect with your nervous system and become embodied.
Specifically interested in women’s wellness, as well as yoga therapeutics, Hely thoroughly enjoys bringing people together in the community and experiencing practices such as conscious communication & somatic practices to allow her students to feel connected to their bodies and each other.
