Hely is a multi-faceted wellness professional. Being a RYT 500-hour experienced therapeutic yoga & meditation instructor, and a qualified nutritionist (MSC), she aims to help restore balance to all the systems of the body, mind, and soul using her integrative evidence-based approach to health.

Having a background in competitive tennis, as an athlete Hely was drawn to the healing benefits of yoga, nutrition, and integrative health from a young age. She completed an undergraduate degree in Psychology and shortly after completed her 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training In Goa aged 21. This eye-opening experience in India was just the beginning and Hely became committed to learning as much about integrative health realizing the plethora of systems involved for mental and physical wellbeing.

Since then Hely then completed a 3-year masters of science in Clinical Nutrition in the UK completing her master’s research on sustainable nutrition and food systems. Alongside this, she has completed various qualifications in holistic nutrition, gut health, restorative yoga, yin yoga, breath work, authentic relating, and more.

Hely now works as a nutritionist, and yoga teacher as well as holding wellness workshops and de-stress retreats for women incorporating sustainability and nature whenever she can.

Originally from London, UK, Hely spent several years recently in Vancouver, British Columbia immersing herself in the west coast lifestyle as much as possible.

Specifically interested in women’s wellness, as well as yoga therapeutics, Hely thoroughly enjoys bringing people together in the community and experiencing practices such as conscious communication & somatic practices to allow her students to feel connected to their bodies and each other.
