This 75 minute monthly class will be a chance to cultivate more presence with your body, find more regulation and safety in your nervous system and in turn embody more vitality and ease in your daily life.
Expect a blend of somatic experiencing practises, gentle somatic movement + mind body tools to allow your system to feel deeply held, seen, and safe.
You will learn and EXPERIENCE somatic practises that will start to help you cultivate a new relationship to your whole being, and start to meet your own needs more effectively. This will also be a space for the body to let go and release when it feels safe enough to do so.

The session will be 75 minutes the last Sunday of each month online. It will be a blend of somatic experiencing practises, somatic gentle movement + mind body embodiment to create more safety and regulation in our nervous systems.

What Do I need To Bring?

Come in comfortable clothing. Bring water, a journal + pen. A mat if you like but you can do it on a floor too.
